Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges
What is your exchange policy?
We want you to be as happy with your beaubeau scarf as we were making it. That’s why our Happiness Guarantee covers free exchanges (including free shipping) of brand new condition, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of your receipt. We recommend that you remove any makeup before trying on your new beaubeau scarf. If you’d like to exchange your merchandise, please reach out to us if you are unsure of what size to order please click here or give us a call at 941-362-0250.
Hats with Hair are shipped from Henry Margu, they are only eligible for an exchange if there is a quality issue. We do our best to accurately represent the colors, but every computer monitor will vary.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be as happy with your beaubeau scarf as we were making it. However, we understand that your purchase may not be the perfect one for you. That’s why our Happiness Guarantee covers hassle-free returns. We will happily refund your purchase, less shipping, to your original form of payment. Returns of brand new condition, unworn and unwashed merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of your receipt. We recommend that you remove any makeup before trying on your new beaubeau scarf. Unfortunately, due to the seasonality of our fabrics, we are unable to accept returns after 30 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you would rather exchange your merchandise please reach out to us.
Hats with hair by Henry Margu are not eligible for a return.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes you can! Please reach out to us at 941-362-0250 on the same day your order is placed. If it has not already shipped we will be happy to cancel or exchange your merchandise. Happiness Guaranteed!
How long will shipping take?
We are a small, independent business and our Happiness Guarantee means we strive to ship your items as quickly as possible, typically within 2 business days. Some of our merchandise is made to order and may take up to 5 days. Any other delays are rare and will be communicated to you. Domestic orders are shipped via the US Post Office and usually arrive in 3-5 business days.
Do you offer Express shipping?
We are unable to offer express shipping at this time.
What are your Shipping Fees?
We are a small, independent business and our Happiness Guarantee means we strive to ship your items as quickly as possible, typically within 2 business days. Domestic orders under $100 ship for $6.95. Domestic orders over $100 always ship Free! We know that two scarves will make you happier than one!
Do you ship to Canada or International?
We love our international customers and making them happy is what we strive to do! International orders ship First Class International mail and typically arrive in 6-10 days. It is possible that shipping to your location may take a little longer. We ship to all countries serviced by the US Postal Service. Please note that customs fees and taxes may be charged at the destination and they are the customer’s responsibility. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout. International shipping fees are non-refundable and ineligible for any shipping discounts.
